Key Sanctions of Round 12 of the Egyptian League

The Egyptian Professional Clubs Association announced the sanctions for Round 12 of the Egyptian Premier League.

The key sanctions are as follows:

Match between Petrojet and Al Ahly:

Suspension of Mohamed Ali Othman, a player from Petrojet, for one match, and a financial fine of 5000 EGP imposed on him due to receiving his third yellow card.

A financial fine of 50,000 EGP imposed on the Petrojet team due to the players receiving six yellow cards in the same match.

Fans of Al Ahly present in the stands are banned from attending two matches, and a financial fine of 200,000 EGP is imposed on the team due to collective insults from the fans against the match referee and throwing bottles towards the referee.

Match between National Bank and Zamalek:

Fans of Zamalek present are banned from attending one match, and a financial fine of 150,000 EGP is imposed on the team due to collective insults from the fans against the match referee.

A warning issued to the Zamalek head coach and a financial fine of 20,000 EGP imposed on the club due to the head coach's absence from the post-match press conference.
