Mbappe: I achieved my dream, and we can win many titles

French international and Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe received the European Golden Shoe award for last season today, Friday, on the podium of the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

Mbappe said after receiving the award: "It is my pleasure to receive the Golden Shoe award; it is an important moment for me, as it is the first time I have won it."

He added: "I would like to thank all my teammates, thank you for being here and always helping me. We have a wonderful group, and I hope we win many titles this year; with the players I see here, we can win many things."

He emphasized: "Everyone knows that playing for Real Madrid is my childhood dream. I want to make all Real Madrid fans happy, who have always shown me their love, even when I was in Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain."

He concluded: "I hope we continue in this way as a team; the team is the most important thing. Without a club, without fans, without a team, it is impossible to win this type of award. I hope to win the Golden Shoe again."
