Cameroonian star Bryan Mbeumo, Manchester United striker, has been awarded the Best Player for matchday nine of the Premier League, according to the official website, after excelling in the fans' voting.

This is the second consecutive win for Manchester United players, after his teammate Harry Maguire won the award in the previous round.

Mbeumo delivered an outstanding performance during Manchester United's 4-2 victory over Brighton, scoring two goals to reach four goals this season, becoming the team's top scorer in the league so far.

His brilliance contributed to Manchester United achieving their third consecutive victory in the league, a feat the team has not accomplished since February 2024.

Mbeumo received 45% of the fans' votes in the poll that included eight players who excelled in matchday nine, surpassing Tottenham's Mickey van de Ven, who came in second with 27%.
