Top Candidates to Succeed Tudor as Juventus Coach
Football Italia reported that Luciano Spalletti and Raffaele Palladino are the top candidates to take over as coach of Juventus, following the dismissal of Croatian coach Igor Tudor this morning, after a series of negative results.
The site explained that Spalletti, who was dismissed from coaching the Italian national team last June, and Palladino, who left Fiorentina by mutual agreement at the end of the 2024/2025 season, are the most prominent names being considered by the Old Lady's management at this time.
The report indicated that Juventus management decided to appoint Massimiliano Brambilla, the youth team coach, to lead the team temporarily, with him at the helm of the coaching staff for the upcoming match against Udinese in the Italian league.
It is worth mentioning that Tudor took over coaching Juventus in March 2025, succeeding Thiago Motta, and managed the team in 24 matches, achieving only 10 victories, before being dismissed after three consecutive losses and the team's failure to score in the last four matches.
