Jorge Jesus Talks About Al Nassr's Victory Over Al Hazm
Portuguese Jorge Jesus, coach of Al Nassr, spoke about his team's victory over Al Hazm on Saturday evening.
Al Nassr won against Al Hazm with a score of two goals to none in a match during the sixth round of the Roshan Saudi League.
Jesus said in the press conference after the match: "It is an important victory, and achieving the 18 possible points from the first six rounds is a wonderful thing, but the most wonderful is to continue."
Jesus mentioned that his team scored 16 goals in the six rounds and conceded only two goals to demonstrate their superiority and deserving of the top position.
He pointed out the appearance of fatigue among his players after the recent trip to India, the change in atmosphere, humidity levels, and time difference, revealing his hesitation to start Ayman Yahya against Al Hazm, especially after he played the last Asian match in full.
Regarding the upcoming match against Al Ittihad in the King’s Cup, he said: "It is possible to play with a different lineup, as Al Nassr only has ten foreign players, including the injured Brozovic, and we do not know how ready he will be for the match. We missed him a lot in the match against Al Hazm, and also Pinto, who is a goalkeeper. The team does not have 11 or 12 foreign players like Al Hilal, Al Ahli, and Al Ittihad do."
