Yaisle Talks About Overcoming Al-Najma in the League
German coach Matthias Yaisle of Al-Ahli Saudi Club spoke about his team's victory over Al-Najma in the league.
Al-Ahli won against Al-Najma with a score of one goal to none last Thursday evening in the sixth round of the Saudi Pro League.
Yaisle stated in his remarks after the match: "We achieved a deserved victory, although the result was not satisfactory as we could have scored four goals or more, and I believe we deserved a penalty kick."
He continued: "Arriving on the same day was the club's decision, and I find it logical since we play a match every three days and the distance from Jeddah is only an hour."
When asked about the exclusion of English striker Ivan Toney from the main lineup of Al-Ahli and the rumors of his departure in the winter transfer window, he replied: "I will not comment on social media rumors, but I saw that Firas Al-Buraikan was the fittest, so I made the decision to include him."
