The Italian international striker Matteo Ritigi clarified the reasons behind his preference for transferring to Al-Qadisiyah over Milan.
The Saudi club had signed Ritigi from Atalanta for 68 million euros, and he has scored 3 goals in 6 matches so far.
Ritigi said: "Moving to Al-Qadisiyah instead of Milan? The Al-Qadisiyah coach wanted me on the team and was determined about it... This is very important to me."
He added: "Regarding negotiations with other teams, there were small details in the proposed contracts, while Al-Qadisiyah was more serious."
