The Italian club Inter Milan achieved a significant victory against the Belgian club Saint-Gilloise with a score of 4-0, in the match held at Lotto Park, as part of the third round of the group stage in the UEFA Champions League.

Denzel Dumfries opened the scoring for Inter Milan in the 40th minute, before Lautaro Martinez added the second goal in the first minute of stoppage time of the first half.

In the second half, Hakan Çalhanoğlu strengthened the team's lead by scoring the third goal from a penalty in the 53rd minute, before Francesco Pio Esposito concluded the goals with the fourth in the 76th minute.

With this victory, Inter Milan raised its points total to 9, securing second place in the standings, while Saint-Gilloise remained at 3 points in 23rd place.
