FC Barcelona achieved a significant victory over their Greek guest Olympiacos with a score of 6-1, in the match held at the Montjuïc Stadium, as part of the third round of the group stage of the UEFA Champions League for the 2025/2026 season.

Barcelona started the match strongly, with Fermín López opening the scoring in the seventh minute, before adding a second goal in the 39th minute after a decisive pass from young Drew Fernandez, ending the first half with the Catalan team leading 2-0.

In the second half, Ayoub El Kaabi reduced the deficit for Olympiacos with a penalty in the 54th minute, but Barcelona quickly regained their advantage, as Marcus Rashford earned a penalty that Lamine Yamal converted into the third goal in the 68th minute.

Barcelona continued their attacking pressure, with Rashford adding the fourth goal in the 74th minute, before Fermín López completed his brilliance by scoring a hat-trick and the fifth goal in the 76th minute after a pass from Bardji, and then Rashford concluded the goal festival by scoring the sixth goal in the 79th minute after a fine assist from Pedri.

With this wide victory, Barcelona continued their strong performances in the Champions League, confirming their readiness to compete fiercely for the title this season, on a night that witnessed a collective brilliance from their young stars.

Barcelona raised their points tally to 6, sitting in third place in the standings, while Olympiacos remained stuck at just one point in 32nd place.
