French star Kylian Mbappe is experiencing the best start to his football career this season with Real Madrid, having reached 15 goals in his first 11 matches during the 2025/2026 season, which is his best record since the beginning of his professional journey, according to the Spanish newspaper "Marca".

The newspaper clarified that Mbappe led Real Madrid to victory over Getafe after opening the scoring in a wonderful manner following a precise pass from Arda Güler, thus achieving a new record that surpasses his previous one when he scored 13 goals in the 2018/2019 season while wearing the Paris Saint-Germain jersey.

Marca added that Mbappe's goals this season represent 55.6% of Real Madrid's total goals so far (27 goals), whereas his contribution with his former team Paris Saint-Germain did not exceed 35.1% in his best seasons. The newspaper also pointed out that the French player has surpassed the ten-goal mark in the first 11 matches three times before, but he had never reached this astonishing scoring level.

The Spanish newspaper confirmed that Mbappe has become the ideal replacement for Karim Benzema after the latter's departure to the Saudi league, having scored 10 goals in La Liga and five in the UEFA Champions League, marking the best start for a Madrid top scorer since the 2014/2015 season when Cristiano Ronaldo scored 17 goals in the same period.

The report emphasized that Mbappe has finally become the star that Real Madrid has been waiting for years, noting that he has become the true leader of the team under the management of Xabi Alonso, affirming that what he is currently delivering makes him indeed the best version of Mbappe in his history.
