Manchester United plans to make a strong entry into the upcoming summer transfer market, as it is preparing to present a huge offer of 100 million euros to reclaim its former star Mason Greenwood, currently a player for Olympique Marseille, according to the "Fichajes" website.

The site explained that Manchester United's management sees Greenwood as a strategic deal to rebuild the club's sports project after several seasons of decline, especially since the player has been performing at a high level since his move to the French league.

Greenwood left Manchester United in the summer of 2024 for Marseille for around 26 million euros, with the English club retaining 50% of any future sale profits, but the current management prefers to re-sign him completely rather than settle for that percentage.

The report indicated that Marseille does not consider Greenwood unsellable, but it will not accept anything less than a big and enticing offer, especially after his performances in the French league, which have increased his market value and attracted the interest of several European clubs.
