Zamalek Considers Selling Players to Resolve Financial Crisis
Media figure Ahmed Hassan revealed that the management of Zamalek Club is considering selling several players from the team in the upcoming winter transfer window to resolve the financial crisis.
Hassan stated on Facebook: "Zamalek may agree to sell some players in January due to their lack of technical necessity and to achieve financial gain."
Zamalek is preparing to face the Somali team, Dekedaha, this evening in the first leg of the Round of 32 of the African Confederation Cup.
Zamalek has received an official notification from the Confederation of African Football (CAF) regarding the rescheduling of the match against Dekedaha, which will now take place at 7 PM instead of 6 PM, at the request of the Somali club in coordination with Zamalek.
