Milan and Juventus Plan to Sign Bayern Munich Defender
Thursday 16-10-2025
The South Korean defender Kim Min-jae is nearing a return to Serie A during the upcoming winter transfer window, with interest from Milan and Juventus in signing him, according to the website "Football Italia".

Kim had excelled with Napoli in the 2022/2023 season, significantly increasing his market value before moving to Bayern Munich for 50 million euros, but the player has not succeeded in securing regular playing time with the Bavarian club in the Bundesliga.

The site explained that Juventus is looking to strengthen its defense following the injury of Gleison Bremer, while Milan had previously shown interest in signing the player last summer before turning to other options.

The biggest obstacle to any potential deal remains the high annual salary that Kim receives, estimated at 9 million euros, making even the loan option costly for Italian clubs.
