The Sun revealed that Moroccan full-back Noussair Mazraoui may return to participate with Manchester United in their upcoming Premier League match against Liverpool at Anfield.

Mazraoui, 27 years old, has not played since September 20 due to an undisclosed injury, but he attended the Moroccan national team training in preparation for the World Cup qualifying matches, and the player underwent a medical evaluation and performed recovery training before returning to United's training at Carrington.

It is noteworthy that Mazraoui joined Manchester United in 2024 from Bayern Munich and was a key player for coach Ruben Amorim last season, participating in 38 out of 42 matches, but he has only appeared three times this season; however, he is back to strengthen the team's options ahead of a tough clash against Liverpool.

United hopes to build on their recent 2-0 victory over Sunderland amid a difficult season for the team, which currently sits in tenth place with three wins, one draw, and three losses.
