The German coach Thomas Tuchel, head coach of the England national team, confirmed that English striker Marcus Rashford has immense potential that qualifies him to be among the best players in the world, but he emphasized that talent alone is not enough to achieve success in football.

Tuchel said: "Rashford's ceiling is very high, perhaps higher than others, but he needs to prove that with numbers. In professional sports, it's not enough to talk about potential; he must consistently deliver his best."

Rashford moved to Barcelona on loan from Manchester United last July after losing the confidence of the team's coach Ruben Amorim. The player is 27 years old and has scored 18 goals in 64 international matches with the England national team. He also started his journey with Barcelona promisingly, scoring 3 goals and providing 5 assists in 10 matches.

Tuchel added: "I see great quality in his training; he shoots with both feet and masters heading the ball. He is fast and strong in the air; there are no limits to his potential, but the numbers do not yet reflect what he can achieve. He needs to work harder to be present in scoring and assisting goals."
