Filippo Inzaghi Responds to the Possibility of Leaving for the Roshan League
Filippo Inzaghi, the head coach of Italian club Palermo, spoke about the possibility of taking over a Saudi club, following in the footsteps of his brother Simone, the coach of Al Hilal.
Inzaghi stated in an interview with the Italian newspaper "Repubblica": "I talk to Simone a lot, we exchange ideas, advice, and opinions."
He added: "We have a similar style of play, and his decision to go to Saudi Arabia is brave, and I admire him for that decision. Engaging with other leagues helps you develop."
He continued: "Simone is one of the best Italian coaches, and he will succeed wherever he goes, especially after reaching the UEFA Champions League final twice in three years, which is a remarkable achievement."
He concluded: "I am not thinking about going to the Saudi league right now; I want to continue in the Italian league for as long as possible."
