Italian coach Simone Inzaghi of Al-Hilal Saudi Club has decided not to play any friendly matches during the current international break, preferring to rely on intensive training and internal drills to enhance the players' readiness.

Reports indicate that Inzaghi chose this option to focus on tactical and physical aspects, and to implement a set of new technical ideas he aims to test in preparation for the resumption of the Roshan Professional League.

The Italian coach aims to achieve the highest degree of harmony among the players, especially after the return of international players, to ensure full readiness before the anticipated match against Al-Ettifaq in the fifth round of the Saudi league.

Al-Hilal's next match against Al-Ettifaq will take place on October 18 in Dammam, where Inzaghi seeks to continue the positive results and strengthen the team's position in the standings after a strong start this season.

The Al-Hilal players resumed their training last Tuesday after a six-day break, which they received after the thrilling victory over Nasaf of Uzbekistan, winning three goals to two in the AFC Champions League.

The coaching staff is keen during the break to enhance the physical fitness and diversify tactical drills to ensure the mental and technical readiness of all players in preparation for the upcoming local and continental competitions.
