Young Real Madrid star Franco Mastantuno has returned to the Spanish capital Madrid after being excluded from the Argentina national team roster during the current international break due to a muscle injury.

According to reports, Mastantuno will miss the friendly matches against Venezuela and Puerto Rico, and will undergo further medical examinations upon his arrival in Madrid to determine the nature of the injury and the duration of his absence from the pitch.

This injury is a blow to Real Madrid, given the player's recent brilliance with the team and the confidence he has gained from Spanish coach Xabi Alonso.
