The club's account on the platform 'X' stated: "We are deeply saddened by the death of our former coach Miguel Ángel Russo. Our hearts are with his family, friends, and all his fans."
Russo passed away at the age of 69 after receiving medical care at home due to a deterioration in his health in recent times.
It is noteworthy that Russo coached Al-Nasr for nearly 6 months during the 2021-22 season, leading the team in 20 matches, achieving 15 victories, 2 draws, and 5 losses.
