Last Request from Al Ahly to Emad Nassar Before His Departure
The media figure Ahmed Shoubeir revealed the last request from Al Ahly to Emad Nassar before his departure from coaching the red team.
Shoubeir said during his radio program: "Al Ahly asked Emad Nassar to lead the team's training over the next couple of days, until the new head coach arrives."
He continued: "Emad Nassar, with all politeness and courtesy, agreed and said, 'I am at the club's service for any requests.' He has local and international offers, but so far he has not made a decision regarding those offers."
Shoubeir added: "However, what I learned is that he will take a period of rest in the upcoming period. Al Ahly offered him the position of assistant coach for the youth sector, but he refused."
