Absence of Egypt's National Team Duo for the Match Against Guinea-Bissau

Ibrahim Hassan, the manager of Egypt's national team, announced the absence of two players from the national team for the match against Guinea-Bissau in the final round of the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.

The Egyptian team successfully secured their qualification for the 2026 World Cup after defeating Djibouti in today's match on Wednesday with a score of 3-0 in the ninth round of the qualifiers.

Ibrahim Hassan stated after the match that the upcoming match for the Egyptian team against Guinea-Bissau will see the absence of Marwan Attia and Hamdy Fathy due to suspension from accumulated yellow cards.

Egypt's goals in today's match against Djibouti were scored by Ibrahim Adel in the eighth minute and Mohamed Salah in the 14th and 84th minutes.
