Al-Ahly Announces Signing of Moroccan Yahya Jibran in Free Transfer

The Libyan club Al-Ahly Benghazi announced today the official completion of its contract with Moroccan international Yahya Jibran in a free transfer deal, as part of its efforts to strengthen the team ahead of the new football season.

The club published a statement through its official social media accounts, welcoming the Moroccan star, saying: "The maestro delights the viewers with the smoothness and accuracy of his passes... the Atlantic lion, Yahya Jibran, joins the den of the butchers."

The statement did not disclose the details of the contract or its duration, merely announcing the player's official joining of the Libyan team.

Jibran's transfer to Al-Ahly Benghazi comes after a brief stint with Kuwait SC, which announced his departure last July after one season, during which he participated in several local league matches and continental competitions.

Jibran is expected to bring his extensive experience in African and Arab fields, providing a qualitative addition to the Libyan team seeking strong competition in local and continental tournaments during the new season.
