The Saudi newspaper "Al-Riyadiyah" reported that the Kuwaiti Football Association is moving towards making an official offer to its Saudi counterpart to host the Saudi Super Cup in the upcoming sports season.
The newspaper clarified that negotiations between the two parties will enter a more serious phase in the coming period.
