World Cup.. Final Ticket Prices Range Between $2,030 and $6,370

Media reports, based on testimonies from several fans who managed to purchase tickets for the 2026 World Cup on the first day of sales, revealed a significant increase in ticket prices, especially for the final match, which ranged between $2,030 and $6,370 depending on the category.

According to the same sources, most World Cup tickets exceeded hundreds of dollars, with prices for seats in the upper tiers of the final reaching between $2,790 and $4,210.

The International Football Federation (FIFA) announced last September that the cheapest World Cup tickets would start at just $60, but it did not reveal the full pricing details according to stages and categories at that time, which piqued fans' curiosity until the official sales opened.

Several fans reported that they waited for long hours in digital queues to obtain tickets, only to discover that the cheapest tickets were very limited and designated for a few group stage matches, in far-off areas of the stadiums.

Opening match (Azteca Stadium): from $370 to $1,825.

Round of 16: from $105 to $665.

Quarter-finals: from $170 to $890.
