Hassan Khalifa, the interim coach of Ittihad Club, has called up five players from the under-21 team to participate in the collective training during the international break, to fill the gap in the number of players.

According to press sources, the quintet of Youssef Rajab, Ali Al-Fahmi, Abdullah Al-Rashidi, Mohamed Flatta, and Nawaf Al-Jadani joined Ittihad's training during the break.

The sources indicated that Hossam Aouar continues his rehabilitation program at the club's headquarters after suffering an injury to his hamstring during the match against Al-Nassr in the fourth round of the league.

Meanwhile, his teammate Muhannad Al-Shanqeeti is also continuing his rehabilitation program from the same injury.

Ittihad is missing Predrag Rajkovic, Carlo Simic, Mario Mitai, Saad Al-Mousa, Abdul Rahman Al-Aboud, and Saleh Al-Shehri, which prompted Hassan Khalifa to rely on several elements from the under-21 youth team.
