Tarik Skitiwi, the coach of the Moroccan local team, has called up goalkeeper Salah Eddine Chahab, captain of the Moroccan Fassi Club, to join the preparatory camp for the national team in preparation for the Arab Cup 2025, scheduled to take place from December 1 to 18.

This call-up comes in recognition of Chahab's outstanding performance during the current season in the professional league, where he is considered one of the most consistent and brilliant Moroccan goalkeepers, earning the trust of the technical staff of the local national team.

The Moroccan Fassi Club expressed its pride in the call-up of its captain, stating on its official accounts: "The call-up of our captain and goalkeeper Salah Eddine Chahab to wear the jersey of the national reserve team," affirming its pride in representing one of the fundamental pillars of Moroccan football at the Arab event.

The Moroccan national team will compete in the Arab Cup within Group B alongside Saudi Arabia, the winner of the Oman vs. Somalia match, and the qualifier from the Yemen vs. Comoros encounter.
