Hussein El Shahat's goal for Al Ahly against Zamalek won the award for the best goal in the ninth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
The clubs' association announced El Shahat's win through their Facebook page: "Hussein El Shahat, player of Al Ahly club, has won the goal of the round award after the stunning goal he scored against Zamalek, following a pass from Mohamed Sherif, which he met with a powerful shot that found the back of the net."
Al Ahly will face Ismaily Electricity tomorrow, Saturday, in the tenth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
The match will take place at 8 PM Cairo and Mecca time.
