Mohamed Youssef, the sports director of Al-Ahli Club, clarified the decisive specifications that must be present in the upcoming foreign coach, who will take over the role following the Spanish coach José Ribeiro.

Youssef stated in his remarks: "The file of the new coach will take time, because before contracting Ribeiro we were considering other coaching options, and these options are not available now."

He added: "There are important criteria that must be met in Ribeiro's successor, such as strong personality, tactical flexibility, and the ability to deal with the stars in the team, in addition to the financial criterion with the increase of the euro and dollar, considering that the club's revenues are in Egyptian pounds."

He continued: "The file of the new coach is not easy and requires careful consideration, and there is a significant effort being made to finalize this file, and we must be patient in choosing the right person who suits Al-Ahli Club and meets the aspirations of the fans."
