Mohamed Youssef, the sports director at Al-Ahly, revealed the latest developments regarding the new coach file at the club.

Currently, Imad Nasr is temporarily holding the position of head coach until a new coach is contracted.

Mohamed Youssef stated in remarks through "MBC Masr 1": "The new head coach? The fans must know that this file is not the responsibility of a single entity."

He added: "Right now, we are trying to search and see that there must be criteria in place; I can't specify a time, but there is effort on the table and we are taking a collective opinion."

He continued: "We are managing the system in an institutional manner and moving forward with the matter, but there must be patience to ensure that there is something worthy of the fans and the ambitions of Al-Ahly."
