Shabab Al Ahli Club of the UAE achieved an important victory over their hosts Al Ittihad Club of Saudi Arabia with a score of 1-0, in the second round of the AFC Champions League for elite teams, in a match held at the Al-Inma Stadium.

The only goal of the match was scored by Saeed Izzat Allah in the 41st minute, with a brilliant header following a corner kick taken by Federico Cartabia, giving his team the three points in a tough match against Al Ittihad.

Al Ittihad players tried to threaten the Shabab Al Ahli goal, but the Emirati team succeeded in maintaining their lead until the final whistle, without the hosts being able to equalize or score.

With this victory, Shabab Al Ahli's points increased to 4, placing them fourth in the standings, while Al Ittihad remained without points in eleventh place.
