The Union Club has established a new committee called the "Transfers Committee" to be responsible for monitoring the transfer files of local and foreign players, starting with the last summer transfer period.

According to informed sources, the committee has been formed under the chairmanship of Fahd Sindi, alongside Domingo Oliveira, the club's CEO, and Ramon Planes, the sports director, in addition to the financial director as part of the official formation.

The new committee will work in an integrated manner with the executive committee chaired by Abdullah Al-Husseini, which includes members Abdul Qadir Al-Amoudi, Abdul Aziz Al-Zaid, and Fares Al-Hujailan, to ensure coordination between different administrative levels.

There will also be cooperation with the technical committee chaired by Domingo Suarez, with the participation of Planes and the head coach of the first team, to align decisions related to transfers with the technical needs of the team.

Through this step, the Union management aims to raise the level of governance and enhance organizational work mechanisms within the club, ensuring the speed and accuracy of decision-making related to technical and administrative affairs.

Sources confirmed that the establishment of the committee comes as part of the club's commitment to the requirements of FIFA and the Asian Football Confederation, in line with the management's direction towards developing the professional work system in various sectors of the club.
