Al-Hilal Continues Attempts to Convince Ausilio Despite His Attachment to Inter
Saturday 27-09-2025
Italian media reports have revealed that Saudi club Al-Hilal is making moves to sign Piero Ausilio, the sporting director of Inter Milan, as part of the management's plan to enhance the technical and administrative structure following the signing of Italian coach Simone Inzaghi.

Sources indicated that Al-Hilal has made an offer described as "tempting," which includes substantial financial benefits, in an attempt to convince Ausilio to leave Italian football and join the Saudi club, especially since the new project aims to reunite him with Inzaghi.

Transfer specialist journalist Matteo Moretto revealed in his talk on Fabrizio Romano's YouTube channel that the offer presented by Al-Hilal is exceptional, but he emphasized that Ausilio remains committed to continuing his work within Inter.

Moretto pointed out that all indications coming from the Italian club show that Ausilio is fully immersed in the "Nerazzurri" project and is leading the steps to rebuild the team to maintain its competitive strength both in local competitions and at the European level.

He also added that Inter's management has a great deal of confidence in their sporting director, and the administrative stability that the club is currently experiencing after previous financial and organizational crises enhances the chances of his staying with the team.

However, reports confirmed that Al-Hilal has not closed the file definitively, as they remain ready to offer more financial incentives in hopes of convincing Ausilio to move to the Saudi league, despite his clear attachment to Inter.
