Yaesle: The match against Al-Hazm was tough, especially after the loss to Pyramids
The German coach Matthias Yaesle confirmed that the match against Al-Hazm was tough and expressed his happiness with the victory his team achieved on Friday evening.
Al-Ahli won against Al-Hazm with two clean goals in a match held as part of the fourth round of the Saudi Professional League.
Yaesle said in the press conference after the match: "It was a tough match as expected, especially after the loss to the Egyptian Pyramids in the Intercontinental Cup, but we managed to accomplish the mission. Now we will head directly to the airport to prepare for our upcoming Asian match."
Regarding the criticism about relying on a limited number of players and not rotating the lineup, Yaesle responded: "I always choose players based on physical and mental readiness, and not everyone is available to participate in every match.. so I do not agree with this observation."
