Media figure Ahmed Abdel Basit revealed the stance of Ahmed Sayed Zizo, the star of Al Ahly, regarding participating in the Cairo derby against Zamalek.

Ahmed Abdel Basit stated on Facebook: "Zizo is undergoing a medical test today to determine his status for participating in the match against Zamalek on Monday in the league."
The match will kick off at 8 PM Cairo and Mecca time.
