Manchester United Renews Interest in Bayern Munich Striker
Friday 26-09-2025
The name of English striker Harry Kane, a player for Bayern Munich, has resurfaced in the transfer market, as the website "Fichajes" revealed that Manchester United is preparing to make a new attempt to sign him during the upcoming summer transfer window in 2026.

According to the same source, Manchester United aims to strengthen its attacking line after Benjamin Sesko's failure to establish himself as the first-choice striker, alongside the team's reliance on players like Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo in secondary attacking roles.

Kane, who is 32 years old, continues to shine with Bayern Munich, having scored 13 goals in 8 matches this season, after finishing last season with 38 goals and 11 assists in 46 matches, making him an indispensable asset in the Bavarian squad.

However, the same source pointed out that Kane's contract includes a release clause of 65 million euros, which can be activated next January to complete his transfer in the summer of 2026, which may ignite competition among top European clubs, given Bayern Munich's insistence on keeping their star player.

It is worth mentioning that Manchester United has repeatedly tried to sign Kane in the past, but negotiations never materialized. With the current stability in the club's project, the opportunity may be ripe to realize this long-standing dream, although European competition will make the deal more complicated.
