The Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced the postponement of the launch of phase one of the ticket sales process for the Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025, which was previously scheduled to open earlier.

CAF explained in an official statement that the decision to postpone was made to complete some essential organizational details, with the aim of ensuring the best possible experience for fans. It noted that the federation is closely coordinating with the local organizing committee and relevant partners to ensure the readiness of all logistical and organizational aspects related to the ticketing process.

The continental body confirmed that the new date for the launch of the process will be announced later once all arrangements are finalized, expressing its apologies to fans for any inconvenience this decision may cause, while emphasizing its commitment to providing a comprehensive and safe experience for football enthusiasts on the African continent.
