Sources have revealed that Portuguese head coach Jorge Jesus has decided to reinstate Brazilian goalkeeper Pinto to the starting lineup for Al-Nassr in the highly anticipated clasico against Al-Ittihad next Friday.

The information confirmed that Jesus has opted to rely on Pinto again after giving opportunities in recent matches to goalkeepers Nawaf Al-Aqidi and Raghid Al-Najjar, as part of the rotation policy he has followed with the team.

Sources indicated that Brazilian forward Angelo will be excluded from the match list, as the coach aims to utilize his position among the seats designated for foreign professionals, which the league regulations limit to eight players per match.

It is expected that Abdullah Al-Khaibari will return to the starting lineup to compensate for Angelo's absence, after not participating as a starter in several previous rounds in favor of the Brazilian forward.

The team continues its preparations at the training ground of King Abdullah Sports City, where the coaching staff led by Jesus has focused on some technical and tactical changes during the recent training sessions.

The coach is expected to finalize his list during the technical meeting prior to the match, amid a strong desire from the coaching staff to present the best possible version of Al-Nassr in the upcoming clasico.
