Al-Hilal Club is working to resolve the future of its midfield duo, Portuguese Ruben Neves and Serbian Sergej Savic, with only one season remaining on their contracts with the blue team.

Reports have revealed that the capital club does not mind selling Neves for 20 million euros, especially after interest from major English clubs in signing him in the near future to strengthen their squads.

At the same time, Italian reports have indicated that Juventus has listed Savic among its primary targets for the January transfers, aiming to strengthen their midfield with a player who has significant European experience.

According to what was reported by the program “Malayik” via Al-Arabiya FM, Al-Hilal has reached a preliminary agreement with the players for renewal, but negotiations stalled at the point of disagreement over the duration of the new contract.

Al-Hilal's management wants to renew with Neves and Savic for an additional two years, while the duo insists on signing for three seasons, which has delayed the resolution of their future despite a complete agreement on the other details.

The same source confirmed that the players' stay has become guaranteed, as they will be renewed through the “Recruitment Program,” which will cover the costs of the new contracts without the club bearing any direct financial burdens.
