Wednesday 24-09-2025
Paris Saint-Germain continues its preparations for the French league matches and the Champions League, amid positive news regarding the return of some of its injured players, according to the French newspaper "Le Parisien".

The newspaper clarified that the duo Joao Neves and Bradley Barcola are the closest to returning, as they are undergoing medical tests in the coming days to determine their availability for the match against Auxerre next Saturday in the French league, ahead of the anticipated clash against Barcelona on October 1 at Montjuïc Stadium in the Champions League.

As for French player Désiré Doué, who has been suffering from a calf injury since the match between France and Ukraine, he is still continuing his treatment and rehabilitation program, with little hope of participating against Barcelona, while his absence from the match against Auxerre has been confirmed.

On the other hand, Ousmane Dembélé continues to be sidelined after suffering a thigh injury, as he needs a recovery period of no less than three weeks, prompting coach Luis Enrique to call upon several youth team players to compensate for the absences in the first team's training.
