The Al-Jubail Saudi Club announced today, Wednesday, its official contract with the former Moroccan international Faisal Fajr (37 years old), with a contract extending for one season, as part of the Saudi Second Division competitions.

This move comes after a period of inactivity the player experienced since the end of his contract with Al-Taawoun Saudi in July, where he was close to returning to the Moroccan league through Raja Casablanca, but the deal fell through at the last moment.

The Al-Jubail Club welcomed the veteran player through its official account on the platform "X", saying: "Welcome, Moroccan Faisal Fajr is now one of us."

Fajr has a rich and diverse career, having previously had professional experiences in France, Spain, and Turkey, before moving to the Saudi league where he played for Al-Wehda and Al-Taawoun, and today he embarks on his third experience with Al-Jubail.

The Saudi club hopes that Fajr's joining will be a qualitative addition to its team, which currently occupies the seventeenth position in the standings without any victories after two rounds of the tournament.
