Young striker Lamine Yamal has been continuously absent from Barcelona's matches and will definitely miss tomorrow's clash against Oviedo, marking his absence from four consecutive games, according to Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo".

Yamal aims to return in the next match on Sunday against Real Sociedad at the Olympic Stadium of Luis Companis, after partially recovering from a thigh injury that hindered him during the international break with the Spanish national team, where he participated in matches against Bulgaria and Turkey.

Yamal has not yet participated in team training, but club president Joan Laporta indicated before the Ballon d'Or ceremony that he could be ready for the Sunday match, saying: "It is true that he is currently suffering from an injury, but he may be ready for the match against Real Sociedad."

During Yamal's absence, Barcelona has recorded positive results in the last three matches against Valencia 6-0, Newcastle 2-1, and Getafe 3-0, achieving three victories.

Yamal hopes to get a few minutes against Real Sociedad to be 100% ready for the clash against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday, October 1, in a strong match within the UEFA Champions League.
