The Wydad Athletic Club announced in an official statement the adjustment of the date for its match against Nahdat Zemamra, as part of the third round of the professional league "Inwi".

According to the statement, the match has been rescheduled to Sunday, September 28, 2025, at the Mohammed V Sports Complex in Casablanca, starting at 8:00 PM (20:00), instead of the previously set date of Saturday, September 27.

Reports attributed the reason for the change to the coincidence of the match with a major artistic evening featuring a famous comedian, which prompted the rescheduling of the match to avoid any organizational confusion or crowd pressure in the vicinity of the stadium and surrounding areas.

With this decision, Wydad has spared its fans and the organizing authorities from the duality of two major crowd events on the same day, especially since each occasion attracts a large attendance.

The club concluded its statement by thanking its loyal fans for their understanding, emphasizing that the interests of the supporters remain a top priority in all its decisions.
