Raja Club Athletic announced a change in its technical staff, as it ended its association with Tunisian coach Saad Shabi and his team, based on recommendations from the sports director and the overall evaluation of the preparatory phase and the start of the new football season.

The board of directors of Raja expressed gratitude to Shabi and his team for the time they spent with the club, wishing them all the best in their future endeavors.

In contrast, the club announced the appointment of South African Fadlu Davids as the head coach of the team, after he was one of the key figures in the historical achievements of the Eagles during the 2023-2024 season, when the club won the national double (Botola Pro and the Throne Cup) without any defeats, as Davids held the position of assistant coach at that time.

Raja is counting on Davids' experience and his deep knowledge of the club's atmosphere to enhance harmony within the group and lead the team to achieve its goals both locally and continentally, as part of the new sports project aimed at establishing a stable structure and a clear vision for the future.

The club's management emphasized that the success of this phase remains contingent on the unwavering support of the loyal Raja fans, who always accompany the team in all circumstances.
