Barcelona Reveals Progress on Spotify Camp Nou Renovation
Barcelona has unveiled new images highlighting the significant progress in the renovation project of Spotify Camp Nou, as the stadium is very close to opening its first phase after completing most of the essential work, according to what was published by the Spanish newspaper "Sport".
The images showed the completion of the stadium's entrances and exits, parking lots, as well as the installation of surveillance cameras, fire extinguishers, and essential systems. The electrical systems and water networks have also been fully prepared, alongside the completion and operation of the restrooms.
The pitch appeared in a distinctive green color, with seats featuring the Spotify logo installed at both goals, while blue and red colors covered the remaining stands. Additionally, the benches have been installed and the locker rooms prepared, with only limited details remaining before the stadium officially opens.
The Barcelona administration has also allocated spaces for journalists, special halls for VIPs and meetings, with unique views of the stadium. The project aims to transform Spotify Camp Nou into one of the best stadiums in the world, in line with the vision of Joan Laporta's board of directors to enhance the club's global standing.
