Manchester United achieved a valuable victory against Chelsea with a score of 2-1 in the fifth round of the English Premier League, at Old Trafford.

Manchester United raised its tally to 7 points, temporarily placing them in ninth position, while Chelsea's score remained at 8 points, temporarily placing them in sixth position.

Chelsea played with ten men after their goalkeeper Sanchez was sent off for a challenge on Bryan Mbeumo in the 5th minute, then Bruno Fernandes scored the opening goal for United in the 14th minute.

In the 37th minute, Casemiro scored the second goal for Manchester United, before being sent off with a second yellow card in the 45+5th minute.

Chelsea scored a goal through Wesley Fofana, but it was disallowed for offside, and then Trevoh Chalobah scored Chelsea's only goal in the match in the 81st minute.
