Khaled Al-Ghandour warned the Zamalek Board of Directors about the delay in payments to the team players.

Al-Ghandour said in statements via ON Sport channel: "Zamalek has significant financial problems, and the players haven't received their money for a long time, but the players are buoyed by the victories and being at the top of the league."

He added: "The players might be able to wait for a month or a month and a half, but if it gets delayed more than that, there will be problems. The coach hasn't received his money, and the same goes for Juan Pizera and Chico Panza."

He continued: "Those who love the club care about it, and I don't like to look down at my feet; I want solutions for the future so that things don't escalate."

He went on: "For the player to be motivated and play to win, you need to give him his money and ensure he is mentally present."
