Al-Zawraa Adopts Electronic Ticketing System for the New Season
Al-Zawraa Club announced a new organizational step, which involves the adoption of an electronic ticketing system for entering matches starting from the 2025-2026 football season, thus becoming the first Iraqi club to completely abandon dealing with contractors or any intermediary in the ticket sales process.
According to the club's statement, tickets for all matches will be sold electronically at a uniform price of 3,000 dinars per ticket, with revenues going exclusively to Al-Zawraa's treasury.
This step comes as part of the management's efforts to unify and organize financial resources, amid expectations that the experience will generate significant returns that contribute to supporting the team.
The first match in which the new system will be implemented will be a popular clash between Al-Zawraa and Al-Talaba, scheduled for next Sunday evening at Al-Zawraa Stadium, where the experience is expected to attract wide interest from fans and followers.
