Duhok Club confirmed the absence of its star midfielder Haroun Ahmed for the match against Al-Karma, scheduled to take place today, Sunday, at Duhok Stadium, as part of the first round of the Iraqi Stars League.

This absence comes after the player suffered a muscle tear injury during training, preventing him from participating in the team's first match after the start of the new season.

Informed sources indicated that Haroun Ahmed might also miss the upcoming match against Al-Shorta in the next round, which poses a significant challenge for the coaching staff to compensate for the absence of one of the key midfield players relied upon by the team to control the pace of matches and organize play.
