Cluj, one of the most important clubs in the Romanian league, has officially announced the signing of French defender Kurt Zouma, 30 years old.

Zouma joins Cluj on a free transfer after his contract with English club West Ham United expired.

Zouma has previously played for Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, Everton, Saint-Étienne, Al Urooba, Stoke City, and West Ham.

The player, whose roots are from the Central African Republic, has represented the French national team in several matches.
