Media figure Khaled Al-Ghandour commented on Egypt's victory over Ethiopia last night, Friday.
The Egyptian national team achieved a win against the Ethiopian team with a score of 2-0 in the seventh round of the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
Al-Ghandour said via Facebook: "Everyone is pampering themselves with reason and principles. Congratulations on the three points and the win, and hard luck for the weak performance against a weak team. May God protect us in the Burkina match."
Mohamed Salah scored Egypt's first goal from a penalty in the 41st minute, and the second goal was scored by Omar Marmoush from a penalty as well in the 45+2 minute.
